Production process:
- Choose suitable size corrugated sheet to cut based on the requirements.
- Create circular on CNC punching machine and laser cutting machine
- Weld and R-saitation of welders for outdoor electrical control products
- Remove oil in corrugated iron by ankaline solution
- Clean wood attack on corrugated iron with acid solutiion
- Re-shape surface with special chemical solution
- Phosphate conversion coating
- Wash with water and dry it
- Dry at temperature from 190 degree to 200 degree for 120 minutes
- Install electrical enclosure and make the final test
