❉ Subject of inspection
- Inspection at the request of the ship owner
- Inspection at the request of the charterer
- Inspection at the request of the ship operator

❉ Types of inspection
- Confirm the general condition of the vessel before chartering
- Check the certificates
- Confirm the amount of fuel on board
- Confirm the sanitary condition of the cargo space
- Inspection of ship hull or cargo space damage
- Determine whether the ship has been damaged during the charter period
- Determine the extent of the damage

❉ Inspection methods and standards
- National and International Standards such as TCVN, ISO, ASTM/ ANSI/ ASQC Z1.4/ STD-105E/ SO 2859, Maritime Code, Commercial Law, local conditions and regulations.

❉ Inspection report/certificate
- Report to the customer on the progress of the inspection, accompanied by photos reflecting the condition of the goods, the loading and unloading activities.
- Report in detail 24/24 hours to customers about incidents, abnormal conditions that may affect the quality or quantity of goods.
- Supply certificate according to ISO 17020 standard.
