THERMOLUXX ULTRA COATINGS
- Thermoluxx Ultra is a one-component water-based fire-retardant mortar system developed and manufactured in Switzerland using a new generation nanotechnology, with superior features compared to conventional fire-resistant insulating insulation materials system.
- Thermoluxx Ultra acts as a fireproof insulation for buildings thanks to millions of vacuum nano ceramic balls combined to form a high-performance fireproof insulation, protecting the structure from deformation when burning, meets EN 15824 European standard.
- Thermoluxx Ultra is a fireproof thermal insulation mortar system ideal for indoor and outdoor wall systems, columns, partitions, ceilings and suitable for a variety of surfaces such as concrete, metal, ceramic, wood and plastic, meeting meets the EN 13501-1: 2007 European standard regarding fireproof materials.

►Notes and recommendations
- Sprayers should be used to ensure beautiful spraying, the spraying layers in one direction to avoid roughness and imperfections.
- Construction should be performed at least 2 classes. Layer 1 is thinner, acting as a surface liner.
- Brush should be used to apply hard-to-reach angled locations to ensure that the grout is evenly and tightly covered on the surface.
- Corroded, rusty metal surfaces must be cleaned and decontaminated with Thermoluxx primer.
