HOW TO USE EPOXY

Mix carefully Epoxy with curing agent according to manufacturers ratio. Do not arbitrarily change the excessively allowed percentage will damage the epoxy.

It is recommended to use a cup, or a container with a volume line indicating the exact amount of Epoxy and curing agent. Epoxy is not the same as other wood-based glues. When using other types of wood glue, we need to make the joints as tight as possible, and also need to press tightly. For Epoxy, we need to give it a small gap between the two pieces, and dont get too tight. If the gap is too small, or the pressure is too great, the joint strength will decrease. If properly assembled, we will have a very strong connection, because Epoxy itself has higher hardness and strength than wood. However, the surface of the graft must be clean and dry, otherwise the epoxy will not cling.
