2. Detailed description:

- Bertani produces Recioto wines with two types of grapes grown in the Valpatena hills. Bertani uses the smallest beams, first to be sun dried and then will continue to be dried on traditional bamboo sticks within 3 months.

- Recioto with a strong flavor but smooth combined with walnut flavor will make the taste unique. The wine has an intense red and moderate acridness.

- Grape varieties and vineyards: 80% of Corvina Veronese grapes and 20% of Rondinella grapes, planted in line and using Guyot technology.

- Production area: The hills of Valpatena, north of Verona with special soil, limestone in the east and iron-rich clay in the west.

- Production: The harvesting process is done by hand at the end of September. After being carefully ed, grapes are taken to drying rooms and placed on a bamboo shelf for 150 days. The initial fermentation takes place at a low temperature of 4-5 C degrees, and then reaches 18 C degrees and stops before all the sugar in the grape converts to alcohol.

- Flavor: the wine has a dark ruby red color, with outstanding aroma of plum, cherry, raspberry, etc. the amount of sugar in the wine is not high, leaving long lasting flavor of forest fruit, chocolate and licorice.

- Useage: This is a very suitable wine to combine with cakes, jam and cheese.
