2. Detailed description:

- Chianti Riserva sparkling wine is a product produced in Italy using the Sangiovese premium grape variety in Tuscany. Sangiovese grapes are harvested in the 1st or 2nd week of September.

- Immediately after harvesting, Sangiovese grapes are fermented for the first time within 7-8 days with strict temperature control. Wine will then pass through the growth stage in French oak wood within 24 months before being transferred to a 10-month stainless steel barrel. Finally, Chianti Riserva wine is bottled and preserved in the tunnel for 6 months before selling.
