Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Hanoi - Bai Tu Long Bay - Cong Do - Paloma Cruise
07:45 - 08:15: For guests booking Paloma’s shuttle service, pick-up from central Hanoi (usually at the Hanoi Opera House). En route, a short stop in Hai Duong for a break before continuing to Ha Long.
12:30: Arrival in Ha Long and rest at Paloma’s office. Cruise staff welcome guests on board Paloma Cruise with a cold towel and fresh fruit juice.
13:15: After check-in, lunch is served at the cruise restaurant. The cruise slowly sails through Bai Tu Long Bay, offering views of the majestic scenery such as Bai Tho Mountain, Oan Islet, Dragon Islet, etc.
15:00: After lunch, visit Thien Canh Son Cave, which remains untouched and preserves its pristine natural beauty. Guests may then swim at the beach below the cave or choose kayaking.
16:30: Return to the cruise for light refreshments and fresh fruit. Relax on the top deck and enjoy sunset views. The cruise continues to the Cong Do area and anchors overnight.
18:30: Join a Vietnamese cooking class led by the cruise chef.
19:15: Dinner is served at the restaurant. While dining, guests can enjoy the romantic bay scenery through large windows.
21:00: Free time to relax and enjoy Ha Long Bay at night, or participate in activities such as watching movies, listening to music, or squid fishing with the crew.

Day 2: Drum Cave - Vung Vieng Floating Village - Bai Tu Long Bay - Hanoi
06:15: Start the day with Tai Chi practice or sunbathing on the sundeck.
07:00: Breakfast is served as the cruise continues its journey.
08:00: Visit Vung Vieng Floating Village. The guide will take guests to the pearl farming area and the local community cultural house. Traditional bamboo boats rowed by local villagers will bring guests closer to floating houses, Luon Cave, limestone islets, etc.
10:00: Return to the cruise and check out.
10:30: Early lunch is served on board.
12:00: The cruise returns to the harbor. Guests disembark and rest at Paloma Ha Long office while waiting for the shuttle back to Hanoi (pick-up available only for guests who booked the cruise shuttle service).
16:30: Arrival in Hanoi. End of the trip.

Infant & Child Policy:
- Infants (under 4 years old): One child per cabin, sharing bed with parents free of charge for accommodation and meals with parents.
- Children (4-11 years old): Charged 50% of the adult price, sharing bed with parents maximum one child per cabin.
Booking & Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation/Postponement due to weather conditions:
- All overnight cruises in Ha Long Bay must obtain permission from the Bay Management Authority.
- In case of bad weather (storms, strong winds, high waves, etc.), overnight cruising permission may be suspended to ensure guest safety.
In such cases, the following policies apply:
- If the Bay Management Authority announces cancellation before departure from Hanoi (no services used): 100% refund.
- If the announcement is made during the tour (some services already used such as Hanoi–Ha Long transfer, lunch, day cruise, hotel in Ha Long, etc.): only used services will be charged unused services will be fully refunded.
- If the 3 days 2 nights program is shortened to 2 days 1 night due to weather: guests will be charged according to the 2D1N program plus services used unused services will be refunded accordingly.
