You no longer need to search any further! You have found a manufacturer of BC-flute corrugated carton boxes without going through any intermediaries. Therefore, our pricing policy is consistently THE MOST COMPETITIVE IN THE MARKET!
1. What Are BC-Flute Corrugated Carton Boxes?
Five-ply BC-flute corrugated carton boxes (also referred to as BC-flute five-layer cartons) are cartons constructed with a combined corrugated structure of B-flute and C-flute (collectively known as BC-flute), in which the B-flute is positioned on the outer side of the carton and the C-flute on the inner side. These cartons have an overall thickness of approximately 5.5 mm to 6.6 mm and are characterized by their substantial thickness, durability, toughness, and rigidity.
The structural composition of BC-flute cartons from the exterior to the interior is as follows: outer linerboard → B-flute corrugated medium → intermediate linerboard → C-flute corrugated medium → inner linerboard (bottom liner).

2. Structure of BC-Flute Corrugated Carton Boxes
The structure of BC-flute corrugated cartons comprises linerboard and corrugated medium. These paper components are arranged alternately according to a defined engineering logic to form a standard five-ply corrugated carton of reliable quality.
✿ Linerboard layers:
The linerboard forming the carton is divided into two principal categories: the outer liner and the inner liner of the carton.
The outer liner is manufactured from Kraft paper or high-grade duplex paper, distinguished by its smooth surface, high tensile strength, and superior tear resistance.
The inner liner consists of an intermediate liner and an inner facing (linerboard). These two layers are of equivalent quality and, while slightly lower in grade than the outer liner, still possess sufficient toughness to protect the packaged goods effectively.
✿ Corrugated medium layers:
There are two corrugated layers: C-flute and B-flute.
The B-flute corrugated medium is relatively thin, with a flute height of approximately 2.5–3.2 mm and a flute density of about 47 flutes per 30 cm. The primary function of the B-flute layer is to resist puncture forces from external impacts, preventing tearing during transportation.
The C-flute is a distinctive corrugated layer with a flute height intermediate between A-flute and B-flute, inheriting the advantageous properties of both. The C-flute corrugated medium has a flute height of approximately 3.5–4.0 mm and a density of about 39 flutes per 30 cm of corrugated board, providing cartons with effective resistance to external forces at a moderate to high level.

3. Why Choose BC-Flute Corrugated Carton Boxes for Packaging?
Low cost: Although BC-flute corrugated cartons are considered premium in performance, corrugated paper remains one of the most cost-effective packaging materials available. As a result, BC-flute cartons are significantly more economical than many alternative packaging solutions.
Lightweight: The average basis weight of corrugated paperboard is approximately 300 g/m² therefore, BC-flute cartons are inherently lightweight. This characteristic facilitates ease of handling, transportation, stacking, and warehouse storage.
High compressive strength and bursting resistance: With a combined flute structure, C-flute provides balanced cushioning and load-bearing properties, while B-flute offers high puncture resistance. This synergy ensures excellent compressive strength and resistance to bursting or penetration.
Flexible packaging application: BC-flute cartons are highly flexible in use. When not required for packaging, they can be folded flat and stored compactly. When needed, they can be quickly erected and assembled for packing and transportation, allowing for repeated reuse and cost savings.
Ease of handling and environmental friendliness: Corrugated packaging, particularly BC-flute cartons, is easy to process and biodegradable. Moreover, used BC-flute cartons can be regenerated and recycled for reuse, contributing to environmental sustainability.
Ease of printing: BC-flute corrugated cartons allow for high-quality printing of content, images, advertisements, handling instructions, and transportation warnings directly onto the carton surface, meeting diverse branding and logistics requirements.
4. Applications of BC-Flute Corrugated Carton Boxes
