Product outstanding functions
Recording phone conversations:
- Automatic recording when there is a change in voltage on the telephone line.
- Recording starts immediately upon commencement of a conversation.
- Recording starts after pressing the * key, and ends after pressing the # key or hanging up.
- Recorded conversations are stored directly on the hard drive in .WAV, .TS2, .TS4 files, and compressed at the following ratios: WAV 1:1, TS2: 1:2, TS4: 1:4.
- Conversations can be stored and backed up on multiple hard drives.
- When the drive is full, the system automatically s the oldest data and saves the newest data, ensuring continuous and seamless operation.
- Recording capacity: 72 hours per 1GB of HDD space.
- The system allows for setting a scheduled start time for recording daily or weekly.
- Caller ID Display: The system fully displays the phone number of the caller (requires Caller ID subscription from the telecom provider).
Real-time conversation monitoring:
- Supports monitoring of conversations via LAN/Internet.
- Real-time (Online) tracking of conversations.
System operation log:
- The system can record the entire operation log, such as: power on/off, system restart time, recording program activation/deactivation, etc.
Display unanswered calls:
- The system displays and saves the time of missed calls.
Extension recording:
- When the recording system is connected to a PBX, Voicesoft will record the full extension information. It is possible to set a non-recording status for specific extensions.
Caller information popup:
- The Popup function displays caller information such as: caller number, company name, customer name. The Popup function is only possible if the telephone line has registered Caller ID with the telecom provider.
Business management popup (Customer relationship management support):
- Stored information helps to improve customer relationships and enhance the effectiveness of customer care.
Operation on LAN and Internet:
- The Popup function can display call information on multiple computers within the LAN system, allowing access to listen to recorded files via LAN and INTERNET.
Data Storage on Server:
- The FTP Backup feature allows backup of recording data files to a Server.
- Highly convenient for long-term storage and playback.
System expandability:
- The system can be expanded with 8 VSG08 recording cards per PC.
Compatibility:
- Operating Systems: Windows XP/2000/2003, Windows 7 (32/64bit).
Voice mailbox:
- The system automatically answers incoming calls and requests a message to be left when the call is unanswered. Caller information is stored on the system.
