I/ ADMINISTRATIVE ENTRANCE
 
1/ Registration
 
  • Professional security staff ensure that everyone entering the shopping mall or the main office must register at the security desk.
  • At the main office, security personnel are responsible for completing registration procedures and issuing access cards.
  • Security staff must collect and hold personal documents such as introduction letters and driver’s licenses. They must also record necessary information, including time of entry, purpose of visit, and time of exit from the shopping mall.
2/ Entrance and Exit Regulations
 
  • Check employee ID badges and uniforms when entering or exiting the supermarket.
  • Manage personal belongings deposited by employees at the administrative gate.
  • Individuals who are not permitted to enter the supermarket are not allowed to leave personal belongings at the gate.
  • Guide visitors and business contacts to the appropriate departments.
  • Ensure strict compliance with the mall’s rules and regulations.
  • Accurately and fully record all information in the shift handover logbook.

II/ CUSTOMER ENTRANCE
 
  • Greet customers warmly, promptly, and courteously when they enter the supermarket.
  • Distinguish between different types of customers.
  • Be vigilant against potential shoplifters attempting to steal goods.
  • Continuously monitor the security situation inside and outside the supermarket.
  • Guide customers to the appropriate sections for their shopping needs.
  • For complaints about products or promotions, direct customers to the after-sales department for resolution.
  • Contact the nearest patrolling security officer to perform checks when necessary.
  • Maintain constant communication with other security posts.
III/ PATROLLING
 
  • Security staff must maintain security in their assigned areas.
  • Monitor and prevent employees or customers from exchanging goods improperly.
  • Remind customers to follow rules, such as not sitting on shopping carts or smoking inside the supermarket.
  • Observe individuals with suspicious behavior and report to the shift leader or supervisor.
  • Detect supermarket staff or temporary workers not wearing uniforms or ID badges, or eating and drinking in unauthorized areas, and issue written reports.
  • If goods are poorly arranged or unsafely stacked on shelves, instruct supermarket staff to reorganize them immediately.
  • If an employee is found sitting on a cart or trolley, security staff must request them to dismount immediately.
IV/ GOODS RECEIVING AREA
 
  • Fully record information related to goods delivered into the warehouse.
  • If there is any suspicion, security staff must request a full inspection of the shipment.
  • The goods receiving department and the supermarket will provide a copy of the delivery order.
  • The supermarket will provide the security service company with a detailed daily list of goods delivered and received.
  • Security staff must submit the inspection and reconciliation results to the supermarket management daily.
  • Remind delivery personnel to seal all boxes after inspection.
  • Goods may only be moved into storage after the counting procedure is completed and a signed report is issued.
  • Remind suppliers to carry proper identification cards when delivering goods.
