Beef Tallow

1. Refined Beef Tallow

Refined beef tallow is indeed a rendered form of beef fat that has been purified and processed to remove impurities and moisture. It has a creamy white color and is solid at room temperature. Refined beef tallow is known for its versatility and is widely used in cooking, baking, and food manufacturing. Its high smoke point makes it suitable for frying and sautéing, and it can add flavor and moisture to various dishes. A part from culinary applications, refined beef tallow is also used in non-food industries like soap and candle making, as well as in certain industrial processes.
