PRODUCTION CAPACITY:
● GreenVN operates 8 plastic injection molding machines covering multiple product segments:
− 01 unit of 86 tons – suitable for small parts with high precision requirements
− 04 units of 100 tons – for medium-sized products and high-volume production
− 02 units of 120 tons – for larger components with high stability
− 01 unit of 470 tons – for large-sized products with complex structures
● Factory area of up to 1,000 m² with standardized production processes, arranged by workflow including: injection area, raw material warehouse, QC, packaging, and finished goods.
● Technical team experienced in machine operation, defect handling, injection parameter optimization, and production stability assurance.
● Production capacity of 400,000-1,000,000 products per month, with overtime support upon request.
● Quality control includes dimensional inspection, reference sample retention, and QC reports by batch or per customer request.
● Accepts small to large volume orders, with support for design adjustment and production cost optimization.
