At Minh Duc, we constantly explore and develop unique recipes, meticulously combining eggs with salt and curing them for 28 - 35 days to achieve a fragrant, buttery, and moderately salty yolk, delivering a rich taste experience for consumers. After curing, the eggs are thoroughly cleaned before being processed to separate the fragrant yolks, which are then washed, dried with vegetable oil, and finally sorted by weight, ranging from 10g to 15g.
