The factory’s cold storage is managed and monitored by software and a self-recorded thermometer to monitor the cold storage temperature.

❁ Our factory implements SSO, PGMP, and HACCP to ensure product quality. Before entering the factory, fish raw materials undergo antibiotic residue testing (CAP, AOZ, MG / LMG, Enro / Cipro) to confirm efficacy, and then are transferred to processing. The water and ice supply in our factory is tested according to microbiological and physico-chemical standards according to Council Directive 98/83/EC.
