➦ IQF product: Product after freezing by the IQF air transport puff freezer or freezer meets requirements, weighing and glazing products according to customer demand, and then placed in a PE / PA bag and packed in carton, in the next quick transfer to the cold room for storage at ≤ - 200 Celsius C ± 2. The factory’s cold storage is managed and monitored by software and a self-recorded thermometer to monitor the cold storage temperature.
★ 2 contact freezers with a capacity of 2.200kg/batch.
★ 3 re-freezes with a capacity of 2.500kg/hour.
★ Cold storage warehouses with a storage capacity of 600 tons of products.

❁ Our factory implements SSO, PGMP, and HACCP to ensure product quality. Before entering the factory, fish raw materials undergo antibiotic residue testing (CAP, AOZ, MG / LMG, Enro / Cipro) to confirm efficacy, and then are transferred to processing. The water and ice supply in our factory is tested according to microbiological and physico-chemical standards according to Council Directive 98/83/EC.
