Shenhao is a leading unit in the production of electronic component packaging materials, particularly carrier tape used in the electronic component packaging industry. Founded in 2007 in Shenzhen, China, Shenhao has grown to become the largest high-tech enterprise in carrier tape manufacturing in the Pearl River Delta region. With over 60 forming machines, we produce 8,000,000 meters of carrier tape monthly.
In order to expand globally, Shenhao established a subsidiary called Shenhao Vietnam Precision Technology Co., Ltd. in Vietnam in 2016.

❶ CARRIER TAPE

↪ Application: IC, LED, crystals, resistors, inductors, capacitors, electrolytic capacitors, connectors, switches, shielding cover, metal steel, fuses, diode, transistor and SMD chip package of electronic components.
❷ PLASTIC BOBBIN
▬ Color: white, black, blue, etc.
▬ Material: PS, HISP/ABS - RoSH standard.
▬ Size: 178mm, 330mm, 380mm.
▬ Assembly methods: rotation snap, ultrasonic integrated.
▬ Product capacity: 48.000 sets per month.
↪ Application: transport protection (reusable).
❸ COVER TAPE
▬ Cover form: seal, self-adhesive.
▬ Color: transparent, brown.
▬ Size: 5.4 ~ 114.5mm.
▬ Brands: DNP, DENKA.
↪ Application: packaging, protection, and electrostatic protection.
