SALES POLICY
− Purchase Methods: Direct purchase at warehouses or online orders (COD shipping).
− Return Policy: Applicable to all products in accordance with the return policy stipulated in the contract.
− Payment and Shipping Policy:
• Local and nearby customers will have their orders delivered directly to their hands or homes within 2 - 4 hours after order confirmation.
• or distant customers (out-of-province), TQT will assist in sending goods to the transport hub. Customers are required to pay 100% of the invoice upfront (including transportation fees to the hub and from the hub).
