- With the desire to bring consumers European high-quality products, CERAVI is located at BT7.02, Xuan Phuong Functional Urban Area, 70th Street, Xuan Phuong Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi, Vietnam, has built a high-class porcelain sanitary ware factory on an area of ​​nearly 40,000 m2 in Thai Binh Province, which is considered to be the center of CERAMICS OF VIETNAM.

- Our factory with stage 1 capacity of 500,000 products/year, and doubles the capacity at stage 2, reaching 1,000,000 products/year, contributing to giving domestic and international users more abundant choices with synchronous sanitary ware products in design and variety of diverse models.

OUR PRODUCTION SCALE
CERAVI is responsible for free warranty during the warranty period due to technical errors from the manufacturing process. The warranty period is calculated from the date you purchase the product (confirmed via warranty card or sales invoice).
Warranty period specified for each product:
- Porcelain part: 10 year warranty
- Water tank accessories: 24 months
- Seat cover: 24 months
