Working time:
− Thang Long security personnel ensure the safety of clients’ lives and assets 24/7, 365 days a year.
− Service deployment time: 5 – 7 days.
− Each security staff works 08 hours/day, 3 shifts/day. No distinction of holidays as per labor law.
− Replacement of unqualified staff or upon client request within 24 hours.
− Settlement of asset damage compensation incidents for clients within 30 days.
Service commitments:
→ Always conduct site surveys and develop a tailored security plan for each protected target. After 6 months, a re-survey and plan adjustment will be carried out to suit actual conditions.
→ Free support for employee insurance, occupational risk insurance, team leaders, rapid response teams, quality inspection teams, etc.
→ To ensure and protect clients’ interests, we have purchased professional liability and civil liability insurance worth VND 1,000,000,000. Therefore, in case of any asset loss due to the fault of security personnel, a third party (insurance provider) will be involved. Clients can be assured of compensation for asset damages.
