Vietnam Hong Jie Co., Ltd is a 100% Taiwanese invested company, and a sand mining and processing factory established in 1996 in Quang Nam province of Vietnam, with the following main areas:
➜ Exploiting, ing, washing and classifying white sand for processing high-class products from white sand
➜ Producing foundry sand, which is a raw material for making molds for the casting industry
➜ Quartz powder, high-grade glass sand and TFT screen production materials
➜ Producing crushed Quartz stone, crushed Quartz powder from Quartz stone.
In parallel with providing many products from sand that meet Vietnamese standards, Hong Jie Company has recently been certified to EU standards for glass sand products.
The entire production process is checked and monitored by modern analytical measuring equipment including Plasma emission spectrometer Ultima 2 Visee Radial (France), multi-level mesh screener (Japan), machine sample mill (Japan), whiteness meter (Japan), particle size measurement and analysis equipment using Tri-Laser technology (USA) and fully controlled by PLC and Scada automation systems.

♦ Molding sand (foundry sand): 25,000 tons/year
♦ Quartz stone powder: 24,000 tons/year.
♦ Glass material (TFT): 24,000 tons/year
